Duluth Center for Women & Children
Duluth Center for Women & Children (DCWC) is a nonprofit that works to ensure that children living in poverty have abundant opportunities to lead economically secure and productive lives, regardless of the circumstances in which they are born and raised. DCWC uses a community-centric approach to interrupt the cycles of trauma and poverty through attention to quality childcare, adult education, and the creation of social enterprises.

Food Forward Initiative
In this one-minute video, staff and volunteers come together in the kitchen to prepare meal kits for low-income families. This fully grassroots, women-led social enterprise in Duluth’s Central Hillside is more than just cooking—this initiative embodies sustainability, community, and the joy of giving back—one meal kit at a time.
